Information collected
An assessment request may include your name, work email, company, the process or problem you describe, tools currently used, desired outcome, and Privacy Policy consent.
Why information is collected
Information is used to review your assessment request, understand the context you provide, respond to you, and discuss a possible engagement.
Service providers and automation tools
HubSpot stores assessment request and engagement records. n8n routes approved request data through the assessment workflow. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse. Resend sends assessment-related email notifications and acknowledgments.
Retention and deletion
Inactive unsuccessful assessment requests are retained for 12 months after the last interaction. Active clients follow the retention terms agreed for their engagement. You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed for these purposes.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
